All my life the mystical world of Spirit has fascinated me.  Divine Presence and Love seem more real to me than the 3-dimensional world of limitation.  I have sought relationships and community where we could explore the expansive spaces of the luminous.  This quest has guided my life choices and paths and blessed me with a rich and fulfilling life journey filled with infinite delights and treasures.
I’ve never understood the conflicts people have about spiritual paths, religions, beliefs.  What I know is that the Source of All is Oneness, which includes everything.  Each of us has the freedom of choice to create our own path to awakening to Divine Presence in our own Heart.  My passion and delight is guiding others to recognize their capacity to awaken their Heart to know who they truly are!

My life journey
And so my path has wound through several territories not frequented by the mainstream.  In my first degree (B.A.) I majored in World Religions and Psychology, while actively involved in a progressive church that encouraged exploration outside-the-box.  I undertook graduate training in Divinity. Later I earned an M.A. degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences: a skills-based degree in facilitating transformative change with individuals, groups, and systems.  For several years I was an inner-city Community Worker empowering homeless, addicted, and traumatized people to see their own inner strength and their capacity for transformation.  Later, I engaged in sacred work for 5 years with a northern First Nations community, drawing upon practices honoring both Indigenous and European wisdom traditions.

Over several years, the challenges and joys of family life, raising two children with my spouse, have stretched and deepened my appreciation of the transforming energy of love. 

My descent into darkness and call into Healing Light
When our second child was new-born my husband was diagnosed with cancer.  My world imploded with fear and severe exhaustion.  I felt myself as a living tree burned at the core. In the depth of this hollowed-out darkness, I was engulfed with an experience of divine Presence.  At a training in energy healing, a streaming column of brilliant light poured into my burned-out core. The pure Light cleaned out, and then filled, the burned wound space of my heart over a span of several minutes.  Then powerful currents of vibrating light circulated throughout every part of my body, filling me with the sensation of being totally re-wired and re-charged.  From that day onward my existential exhaustion was erased.   It was a powerful calling to awaken the Love-Light within me – and to be and share it in the world!

And so my life work in energy healing was launched.  For well over 2.5  decades I have run a dynamic private practice offering holistic, embodied, heart-centered healing and facilitation. I have also taught group classes in energy healing through a sublime faith-based healing program.
 My practice has expanded to include transformational coaching with clients and groups, as developed through the Life Transformed Coaching program.  I delight in witnessing the transformation of my clients’ relationships with all areas of their life: body, family, finances, career, love partnerships, peace-of-mind, and spiritual enlightenment.  Through the internet I am able to regularly meet to facilitate clients in several countries and time zones, as well as in-person sessions in Victoria, B.C.   I find joy in following my passion to facilitate & support people in awakening their hearts to be the Light and Love that they truly are.
