Heart Awakening speaks to a knowing in us that is deeper than our rational cognitive minds. When you choose your thoughts and observe your own thinking process, you know that there is an aspect of you that is beyond your rational mind. We may call this your Big Self, your Soul, your True Self, your Divine Self, Source, Ground of Being, Spirit, God, or a myriad of other names.
It is through our spiritual heart that we can most easily and consistently access this Divine Self while we are in human bodies. Most spiritual traditions throughout time have spoken of the Heart as a gateway to the Divine… as the place where we can access who we truly are. This place of infinite peace and pure love lives within each of us. |

All my life the mystical world of Spirit has fascinated me. Divine Presence and Love seem more real to me than the 3-dimensional world of limitation. I have sought relationships and community where we could explore the expansive spaces of the luminous. This quest has guided my life choices and paths and blessed me with a rich and fulfilling life journey filled with infinite delights and treasures.
I’ve never understood the conflicts people have about spiritual paths, religions, beliefs. What I know is that the Source of All is Oneness, which includes everything. Each of us has the freedom of choice to create our own path to awakening to Divine Presence in our own Heart. The vibrational frequencies of Source come to you through my hands, my voice, my Heart, and my Being. Source flow may come in the form of touch sensation, verbal communication, toning sounds, body sensation without touch, vibrational words in other languages, and/or through inner or outer seeing and visioning. Most of these sensations and experiences are both more subtle and more potent than those we experience from the 3-Dimensional world. Transformational processing is trans-rational. Your binary mind may struggle ineffectively to comprehend these frequencies. It is akin to trying to change the tire on a car with a pencil sharpener: the mind is the wrong tool for the job!
